摘　　要：抗震设防标准提高后,建设年代较早的中小学砖混结构房屋抗震措施普遍不足,对这类建筑增层改造时尤其应注意其抗震性能。通过对某小学砖混结构教学楼增层改造及抗震加固,较为详细地介绍了该工程抗震鉴定中存在的典型问题;结合抗震加固,对增层方法、加固方案、技术措施等进行了分析,确定了合理的加固改造设计方案,可为其他同类工程提供参考。Seismic measures of brick-concrete buildings of primary and middle schools built earlier, are generally insufficient when the criterion for seismic precaution has been raised, and seismic performance should be paid more attention to in adding stories of these buildings. Based on adding stories and seismic strengthening for a brick-concrete teaching building of primary school, typical seismic problems of this building are introduced in detail. Combined with seismic strengthening, method of adding stories, strengthening scheme and technical measures are discussed,and a reasonable strengthening design is made for this building,which can supply references to the similar structures.
