摘  要:目的:探讨实施生活方式改变健康教育对老年患者人工髋关节置换术后功能独立和健康状况的影响。方法:将60例人工髋关节置换术后老年患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上进行术后生活方式改变的健康教育,在给予不同护理干预后进行电话回访、量表问卷调查,评估其功能独立能力及健康状况。结果:采用功能独立能力评价量表比较两组的功能独立能力,经χ2检验,χ2=8.076,P=0.005,提示实验组患者的功能独立能力优于对照组。采用简明健康调查量表对比两组患者的健康状况,经t检验,8个维度比较P<0.05,提示实验组健康状况优于对照组。结论:人工髋关节置换术后生活方式改变健康教育有助于患者术后恢复健康,提高老年患者独立生活能力。Objective:To investigate the influence of health education about lifestyle change on elderly patients' functional independence and the health condition after hip replacement. Methods:60 elderly patients with hip replacement were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing care. The experimental group took the education on lifestyle adjustment after hip re- placement besides the routine nursing care. After different nursing interventions, two groups had the assessment of the functional independ- ence and the health condition by telephone interview and questionnaires. Results:The patients' functional independence was compared be- tween two groups by the Functional Independence Measure Scale, which showed that the patients' functional independence in group A was better than that in group B with Chi-square test,X^2 = 8. 076, P = 0. 005. Comparing the health condition of two groups by Short Form 36 Health Survey showed that the average score of each dimension in group A was higher than that in group B with t test, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion : Health education about lifestyle change contributes to the recovery and improvment of the ability of live independently for the patients after hip replacement.
