摘  要:目的采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分析清胃止痛微丸的挥发油化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取清胃止痛微丸的挥发油成分,用GC-MS联用技术对化学成分进行鉴定,以毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果分离得31个化学组分峰,并确定出其中28个化学成分,占挥发油总数的90.78%。相对含量超过5%的成分有13β-甲基-13-乙烯基-7-烯-3-酮-罗汉松烷(相对含量14.785%)、9,12-亚油酸乙酯(相对含量7.293%)、棕榈酸乙酯(相对含量6.255%)、油酸乙酯(相对含量5.869%)、二十八烷(相对含量5.236%)和三十烷(相对含量5.155%)。结论清胃止痛微丸中挥发油成分主要包含13β-甲基-13-乙烯基-7-烯-3-酮-罗汉松烷、9,12-亚油酸乙酯、棕榈酸乙酯等成分。Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracted from qingwei zhitong pellet with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods Volatile oil was extracted by water-steam distillation. The components were identified by GC-MS and quantitatively determined with normalization method. Results 31 compounds were separated by GC and 28 of them were identified, accounting for 90.78% of the total volatile oil. The compounds whose relative content was more than 5 % were 13β-methyl-13-vinyl-7-en-3-one-Podoearp ( 14. 785 % ), 9,12-octadecadienoic acid ethyl ester ( 7. 293 % ), hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester (6. 255% ) , ethyl oleate (5. 869% ) , octacosane (5. 236% ) and Tfiacontane (5. 155% ). Conclusion The main components in the volatile oil of qingwei zhitong pellet were 13β-methyl-1 3-vinyl-7-en-3-one-Podocarp, 9.12-octadecadienoie acid ethyl ester and ethyl oalmitate.
