金芪降糖片治疗2型糖尿病的有效性和安全性

摘　　要：目的评价金芪降糖片治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的有效性和安全性。方法检索Cochrane图书馆、Pubmed数据库、CBMdisc数据库、CNKI数据库、VIP数据库、万方数据库,纳入金芪降糖片治疗T2DM的随机对照试验(RCT),并进行方法学质量评价,采用RevMan5.0软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入6个RCT。Meta分析结果显示:金芪降糖片对T2DM的有效率明显高于安慰药(P<0.01),但不及中药方剂亚组(P<0.01);金芪降糖片有明显降低血糖作用(P<0.05),但效果不及中药方剂亚组(P<0.01);金芪降糖片显示一定的降低三酰甘油的效果,但改善糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的效果不稳定,可靠性有待进一步确证。金芪降糖片能改善T2DM的临床症状,但效果不及中药方剂亚组(P<0.05)。金芪降糖片的不良反应发生率为1.36%。结论金芪降糖片治疗T2DM疗效肯定、应用安全,效果不及临床辩证组方的中药方剂,治疗T2DM应联合应用其他降糖药。Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of jinqi jiangtang tablet in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods Studies involving randomized controlled trials （RCTs） were collected from the databases, such as the Cochrane Library, Pubmed, CBMdisc, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang from the year they founded to June 2012. After necessary methodological quality evaluation of the selected studies, statistical analysis was conducted with the software RevManS. 0. Results Six RCTs were included. The meta-analysis results showed that： The overall efficacy offinqifiangtang tablet on T2DM was higher than placebo （ P〈0.01 ） , but lower than compound traditional Chinese herbs （ P〈0.01 ）. FBG and 2 hPG were significantly decreased from baseline after treatment with jinqi fiangtang tablet （ P〈0.05 ）. However, there was no significant difference in blood glucose lowering effect between finqi fiangtang tablet and placebo （P〉0.05）. The extent of blood glucose reduction was less from jinqi fiangtang tablet than from compound traditional Chinese herbs （ P〈O. 01 ） ; finqi jiangtang tablet decreased TG, but its effect of improving HbAlc, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C was not reproducible. Jinqi fiangtang tablet could ameliorate the clinical symptoms of T2DM, but the effect was lower than that of compound traditional Chinese herbs （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of ADR from finqi fiangtang tablet was 1.36%. Conclusion Jinqi fiangtang tablet is effective and safe in the treatment of T2DM. The efficiency is lower than compound traditional Chinese herbs with dialectical prescription. Jinqi iiangtang tablet should be combined with other antidiabetic drugs in treatment of T2DM.
