摘　　要：目的评价美蓝乳管造影红外线扫描对乳头溢液的诊疗价值。方法采用美蓝乳管造影红外线扫描技术对 34例乳头溢液的病人进行检查 ,根据术后病理检查和随访结果评估该法的诊断正确性。结果 34例受检病人中 ,2 4例经术后病理证实与造影诊断相符 ;余 10例随访病人除 1例失访外 ,9例至今未出现需手术治疗的病变。结论美蓝乳管造影红外线扫描对乳头溢液的诊疗有重要的临床意义。Objective To evaluate of infrared mammoscanning and radiography with methylene blue via lactiferous ducts in diagnosis and therapy of nipple discharge.Methods Infrared mammoscanning and radiography with methylene blue via lactiferous ducts was performed on 34 patients with nipple discharge, and diagnostic correct rate was estimated according to surgical, pathological finding, and follow up data.Results The diagnosis made by surgeons and pathologists corresponds to that made by mammoscanner operators in 24 patients, and no breast disease was found in 9 out of 10 patients in the follow up period excepting lost 1 case.Conclusion Infrared mammoscanning radiography with methylene blue via lactiferous ducts is of important clinical value in diagnosis and therapy of nipple discharge.
