摘 要:以SiO2为载体,采用等体积浸渍法合成V2O5/SiO2催化剂,用XRD对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了不同条件对催化氧化乙二醛制备乙醛酸的影响。结果表明,当负载量为1%、焙烧温度为550℃、反应温度为55℃、催化剂用量为0.20 g时,催化效果最好,乙二醛的转化率可达12.02%,乙醛酸的得率为9.01%。V2O5/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method using SiO2 as support. XRD was adopted to characterize the catalysts. Effects of different conditions on the oxidation of glyoxal to glyoxylic acid were investigated. Results indicate that the conversion of glyoxal was 12.02%, and the yeild of glyoxylic acid reach to 9.01%, when the loading was lwt%, calcination temperature was 550 ℃, reaction temperature was 55 ℃ and the amount of catalyst was 0.20 g.
