摘 要:目的探讨早期营养支持对胃癌术后患者的临床效果和差异。方法将2009年至2011年来,在本院行胃癌根治术的117例患者随机分为肠内营养组(EN)和肠外营养组(PN),观察两者术后排气排便时间、营养支持的并发症、体重、血浆白蛋白、早期化疗不良反应的发生率。结果 EN组患者,肛门排气时间明显优于PN组,早期化疗不良反应明显低于PN组。结论胃癌术后营养支持,显著改善术后的营养指标,尤其是肠内营养促进消化道功能恢复、营养康复、减少早期辅助化疗不良反应,能提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and difference of early postoperative nutrition support on patients with gastric cancer. Methods 117 patients with gastric cancer after surgery from 2009 to 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, one was enteral nutrition group (EN), the other was parenteral nutrition group (PN). The flatus and defecation time, rate of complication, body weight changes, plasma albumin level and the rate of complications after chemotherapy were observed. Results The time of flatus time after operation in the EN group was shorter than that of the PN group. The rate of adverse reactions of chemotherapy in the EN group was lower than that of the PN group. Conclusion Postopera- tive nutritional support of patients with gastric cancer especially EN significantly improve the nutritional indicators, promote the gastrointestinal func- tion recovery, relieve patients" rate of adverse reactions of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.
