摘 要:在简要介绍内陆核电建设现状和核辐射对人体健康影响途径的基础上,对国外已建内陆核电站相关资料进行分析,探讨了内陆核电站的建设对周围人群身心健康的影响及评价方法.根据美国内陆核电站后评估的资料分析和评价结果,正常工况下核电辐射对人体的影响很小,基本上可忽略不计.根据国外内陆核电建设经验和我国已开展的内陆核电厂址环境影响评价的情况,结合我国人口密度大的实际情况,并针对不可预见的因素,提出了非正常工况下的应急计划和辐射防护措施及建议,以便进一步降低核辐射对人体健康的影响,提高核辐射的安全系数.This paper tried to outline the present situations of the inland nuclear power development and nuclear radiation influences on the human body. Relevant information on existing inland nuclear power plants in other countries was analyzed, and impacts of inland nuclear power plant construction on human health and the corresponding evaluation methods were discussed. According to the analysis and evaluation of the safety evaluation report of U.S. NRC, the radiation from nuclear power plants has little impact on the human body in normal working conditions and is almost negligible. Taking the factor of high population density in China and some unpredictable factors into consideration, contingency plans in abnormal working conditions and nuclear radiation proof means and suggestions were provided in order to reduce further the nuclear radiation influences on human body and improve the safety of nuclear power plants.
