摘  要:针对高支高密纯棉织物的结构特点,本文合成制备了氧化接枝变性淀粉,并以氧化接枝变性淀粉,聚丙烯酸浆料和氧化淀粉为主要成份设计了新型高支纯棉纱线的浆纱配方,并对照工厂实际浆纱配方进行了浆纱性能测试,同时探讨了浆纱配方的组分浆料对浆纱性能的影响,研究结果表明,浆纱的拉伸强度,减伸性能,耐摩擦性能以及毛羽贴伏率均得到了明显提高。该配方性能优异,成本较低,可以推广应用。In connection with the structural features of the high-density cotton fabric, the graft modified starch was synthesized. And a new size formulas on pure cotton high count yarns was designed. In this formulas the graft modified starch, polyacrylic acid and the oxidized starch was used as principal component. Then size formulas used in actual production at factory was selected as a reference and sizing performance was tested. The sizing performance was also discussed in detail on different sizing formulas. As a result, tensile strength, less tensile properties, abrasion performance and hairiness appendix rate of yarns have been significantly improved. And the new size formulas has high performance, low cost. So it can be applied widely.
