摘　　要：民警执法风险的存在必然影响到民警自身的权益、社会的和谐和国家的稳定。本文以风险管理的源起与界定为导入,在陈述风险识别和风险评估的基础上,提出了建立民警执法风险管理机制,弱化和消除执法风险的初步策略,以期为降低警务风险,充分保障民警合法权益起到抛砖引玉之作用。Potential risk in law enforcement must have great influence on the right of police, the harmony of society and the stability of our country. This paper would like to put forward the system of managing the potential risk in law enforcement based on the recognition and assessment of potential risk in law enforcement, guided by the statement of origin and definition of risk management, aiming to eliminate the potential risk in law enforcement.
