印章印文鉴定在经济犯罪侦查中的运用

摘　　要：因历史传统的沿袭,印章在中国社会生活中始终扮演着极其重要的角色,它被大量地运用到诸如合同、票据和证件等文书之中,以证明其真实性和有效性。然而,正是由于印章具有较高的普遍适用价值,一些不法分子遂开始通过伪造和变造等方式实施经济诈骗行为,旨在攫取高昂的金钱利益,致使正常的经济交往蕴藏着无限的安全隐患。Followed by historical tradition, the seals have played an extremely important role in China and they are applied widely in different fields, such as contracts, documents and other instruments to prove authenticity and validity . However, because of higher applicable value, some unscrupulous elements then began to sharp through forging and altering for grabing the high pecuniary interest , resulting in being full of boundless security risks in a normal economic exchanges .
