摘　　要：本文中把JMF框架应用于警务网络会议系统中,主要实现音视频的传输、发送、格式化等功能,并对协同子系统进行了分析。"JMF框架"是警务网络会议系统多媒体技术能否实现的关键,文中给出了行之有效的执行方案,从而实现跨区域的警务视频信息化、网络化、多元化管理。JMF, known as JAVA Media Framework, essentially is to support clock synchronization among a variety of media. This Paper elaborates JMF framework is used in the police network conferencing system to perform the transmission, sending, formatting and other functions of the sound and video, and analyzes collaborative subsystem as well. JMF framework is the key to achieve the ability of multimedia technology of the police network conferencing system, and this paper presents an effective implementation of the program in order to achieve the management of information, networking and diversity of inter-regional police video.
