胡适在人才问题上的言与行——以黎昔非个案为中心

摘　　要：提携和关爱人才是当今加在胡适头上的无数光环之一,然而在这光环之下却隐藏着鲜为人知的一面。最近从上海档案馆发现的一则史料——《中国公学大学部文理学院庚午级毕业纪念刊》,暴露了胡适在提携和关爱人才的漂亮言辞后面也有扼杀人才的事实。他在《赠言》中教导黎昔非等毕业同学"不要抛弃学问",后来却亲手让黎昔非"抛弃学问";他告诫黎昔非等毕业同学珍惜"一去不复返"的"做学问"的时光,却让黎昔非牺牲了五年的大好光阴为他服务而不能"做学问"。这种言行不一的行为暴露了胡适的另一面。Leading by hand and Care for others now is one of the countless auras on Hu Shih＇s head. However in the halo was a little -known dark side. Recently from Shanghai archives a historical data- ＂Chinese Public Unversity Department of College of Arts and Sciences Study Graduation Commemorative Issue＂ . It exposed Hu Shih＇s truth of killing human behind nice words of carrying and caring one. In the dedication he taught Li Xifei graduates don＇t ＂abandon learning＂, But later had let Li Xifei give up the pursuit of learning; He warned Li Xifei graduates treasure gone forever in the knowledge times, however, forced Li Xifei to sacrifice five year auspicious time for his services but not knowledge. The behavior ＂say one thing and do another＂ exposes Hu Shi＇s other side.
