摘　　要：通过对标本采集前的准备工作、采集方法、采集时间和生境选择等的阐述,详细地介绍了淡水甲壳动物标本的采集。野外采集时标本的制作是将标本置于95%的酒精里并附有采集标签,待返回室内将标本尽快分开并更换酒精。最后将整理好的标本保存在-20℃的冰箱里,并且为保证标本的DNA不被分解半年更换一次酒精。Through explain that preparation work for collection, collection method, collection time and habitat selection to introduce specimen collection of freshwater crustaceans. Fresh material was preserved in 95% ethanol in the field, and add with collect label, then deposited at -20℃ refrigerator for long preservation. In order to keep the DNA of samples so replacement of alcohol every half a year.
