摘  要:在ANSYS Workbench中对电动汽车模型进行几何简化,将简化后的模型在VPG中划分有限元网格,同时建立整车有限元模型,然后按照欧洲ECE R94法规建立该电动汽车的正面40%偏置碰撞有限元模型,最后利用显式有限元法进行碰撞仿真分析,提出改进措施。The electric car model was simplified in the ANSYS Workbench, and the simplified model was meshed in the VPG. At the same time, the vehicle finite element model in the VPG was established. And then according to the European ECE R94 rules, the electric car's positive 40% offset impact finite model was set up. Finally, explicit finite element method was used for crash simulation analysis, and the improvement measures were proposed.
