摘 要:针对我国软件产业迅猛发展,但对绩效评价缺乏整体研究,未形成科学合理的软件企业绩效评价指标体系现状,文中基于关键成功因素法进行研究。首先,研究KPI体系构建,将组织战略目标转化为衡量指标,把战略目标经层层分解后得到关键成功因素,结合关键控制点初步设立绩效指标,经过整理得出软件企业KPI;然后,构建KLEE数学模型并计算各个KPI的权重;最后,研究模糊综合评价法进行绩效评价,包括单因素评价、一级模糊评价、多级模糊评价。文中的研究内容,对于指导企业绩效评价、提高绩效管理水平具有重要的指导意义。For the cunrrnt situation about the rapid development of Chinese software industry without an overall study for performance evaluation, which does not form a scientific and rational software enterprise performance evaluation system,it is studied based on key success factors method. First, research the KPI index system, transform the organization strategic objectives into measurement index, get critical success factors through the layers decomposition of strategic objectives, set the initial performance indicators combined with key control points, after finishing obtain the software companies KPI;than, build the mathematical model of KLEE and calculate the weight of each KPI;finally, research fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for performance evaluation, including single factor evaluation, one-level fuzzy evaluation, multi-level fuzzy evaluation. The research content has an important guiding significance for guiding the performance evaluation of enterprises and improving the level of performance management.
