摘　　要：针对传统评价方法需要深厚的数学基础、计算复杂、难于应用等问题,文中运用粗软集理论进行研究。首先,通过软件开发过程模型对软件人才需求结构进行分析;然后,构建评价指标体系,在对指标进行描述的基础上,运用结构模型表现出来;最后,研究评价理论与方法,理论基础部分通过6个定义精确地表达,评价过程与实例部分按照理论6个定义的先后顺序详细给出了具体的评价实例。文中的研究内容,可作为高校制定培养目标和课程体系的重要标准,也可作为企业选人和学生自评的评价手段,对促进我国软件产业发展具有重要意义。For the issues about the traditional evaluation method needs a strong mathematical foundation, computational complexity and too difficult to apply, study it with the theory of rough soft set. First, analyse the demand structure of software talent by the software development process model;then, build the evaluation index system in the description of indicators, and manifest with structural models;finally, study the evaluation theory and methods, and the theory foundation is showed through six precisely definitions, evaluation process and instance part gives a specific evaluation example according the order of the six definitions of the theory in detail. The context can have the important standards for colleges and universities to develop training objectives and curriculum system, and also the evaluation tools for the election of corporate and student self-assessment. It has an important significance to promote the development of China＇ s software industry.
