摘 要:为考察量化健康教育的效果 ,我们将 2 0 0例住院患者随机分为量化健康教育组 (实验组 )和随机健康教育组(对照组 ) ,分别按两种模式对患者实施教育。结果表明 :实验组对宣教内容的掌握、主动参与性明显高于对照组 ,对健康教育的满意度亦明显高于对照组。患者的自身条件如年龄和文化程度也影响健康教育的效果 ,文化程度越高 ,理解掌握的知识越多 ,获取的信息量也越多 ,效果越好 ;年龄越大 ,掌握的知识越少。In order to investigate the effect of the standardization health education,200 inpatients were randomly divided into the standardization health education group which was named experimental group and the random health education group named control group.Patients were educated by two different way separately.The results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in keeping health education knowledge and taking the initiative in participating in the investigation.For the satisfaction level,the experimental group was also better than the control group.On the other hand,the effect of education was influenced by patient's age and education level .The higher the education level,the more knowledge and information gained.But the results turned out contrary to the older.The results play an important role in promoting and instituting a perfect system of clinical health education system.
