摘　　要：【目的】调查沈阳地区老年慢性咳嗽（cc）患者特异性生活质量。【方法】选择本院呼吸内科就诊老年CC患者41例（观察组），入选对象均在沈阳地区生活5年以上，均在治疗前接受“莱斯特咳嗽特异性生活质量问卷”（LCQ）评估，并与55例同期就诊中、青年同病患者（对照组）测试结果比较。【结果】观察组LCQ问卷条目评分、领域评分及LCQ总分均显著低于对照组，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】老年CC患者特异性生活质量明显差于中青年同病患者。][Objective] To investigate the specific life quality of elderly patients with chronic cough（CC） in Shenyang. [Methods] A total of 41 elderly patients with CC diagnosed in respiratory department of our hospital were chosen as observation group. The selected subjects lived in Shenyang for over 5 years. All patients received the assessment by using Leicesterhire cough life quality questionnaires（LCQ） before treatment. The results were compared between observation group and control group（ n = 55, middle and young patients）. [Results]The scores of every item and domain of LCQ and total LCQ score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）, and there was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. [Conclusion]The specific life quality of elderly patients with chronic cough is obviously worse than the middle and young patients with chronic cough.
