摘 要:采用电化学快速锈蚀方法在实验室内制作锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁,进行了预应力CFRP加固后的受力性能对比试验,主要研究钢筋锈蚀率对预应力CFRP加固效果的影响。结果表明,预应力CFRP明显减小了加固梁的裂缝宽度和延伸高度,增大了加固梁的抗弯刚度,使其正常使用性能得到显著改善;等量预应力CFRP对不同锈蚀率的加固梁极限承载力的提高效果基本相同,但锈蚀率大的加固梁以CFRP拉断为破坏形态;对CFRP施加预应力可发挥CFRP的高强材料性能。The corroded reinforced concrete beams are made in laboratory by the electrochemical corrosion method, and are tested after strengthened with prestressed Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer sheet ( CFRP). The aim is to study the influence of the corrosion rate of steel bar on the strengthening effectiveness of prestressed CFRP. Compared with the test results of un-strengthened beams in the same conditions, the prestressed CFRP obviously improves the serviceability of the strengthened beams by reducing the crack width and crack elongation, and increases the flexural stiffness. With the same content of prestressed CFRP, the increments of the strengthened beams with different corrosion rate of steel bar are similar but the failure state of them with larger corrosion rate is the tensile fracture of CFRP. The high-strength property of CFRP could be developed by pre-tensioning.
