摘 要:木结构是我国古建筑的主要结构形式,长期使用后,木梁易发生老化损伤,导致其承载力、刚度明显降低,影响结构的正常使用。本文完成8根老化损伤旧木梁CFRP布加固试验,研究了不同层数的CFRP布加固矩形旧木梁的破坏形态、抗弯承载力、荷载-挠度曲线。研究结果表明,粘贴CFRP布加固老化旧木梁不仅能明显提高其受弯承载力,而且其破坏模式也由脆性受拉破坏转变为延性受压破坏。结合木梁在达到挠度限值时所承受的荷载往往小于其破坏时极限荷载的实际情况,基于截面等效替换原则,建立了木梁CFRP加固设计计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,可为今后木梁加固改造时对不同荷载情况下所需CFRP用量进行设计。Timber structure is the main structural style of traditional ancient buildings in China. Timber beams may easily suffer from decay and aging. Based on the experiment of timber rectangle beams strengthened with CFRP sheet, the failure mode,bending bearing capacity, loading-deflection curve with different number of reinforced sheet layer are analyzed. The test results show that the ultimate strength and ductility of old timber beams reinforced by CFRP sheet are significantly increased,and the failure mode has changed from brittle tension to ductile compression failure. When the deflection reaches the extreme value, the load of timber beams is much less than it's ultimate load. A theoretical equation to estimate the indications of CFRP which used to reinforce the timber beams is derived in this paper.
