摘　　要：计算机与互联网的迅猛发展,在给国家带来利益的同时,也对依赖其进行的国家关键信息系统和网络基础设施带来了巨大的威胁,使得信息安全成为世界各国高度关注的问题。本文从信息安全战略、信息安全管理体制、信息安全法规三个方面,对美国、俄罗斯、英国、法国、日本、韩国等世界网络信息技术发达国家的网络信息安全建设情况进行介绍。The rapid development of the computer and internet brings the huge national interests as well as tremendous threat. So, the information secudty has become a highly-focused problem to many countries. In this paper, from the three aspects of the information secudty strategy, information security management system and the information security lows and regulations, to the United States, Russia, Bdtain, France, Japan, South Korea, the wodd of network information technology in developed countries is described on the construction of network information security.
