摘  要:以1年生硬枝为材料,研究不同IBA质量浓度(25,50,75,100,200mg/L)对何首乌扦插生根的影响。结果表明,不同质量浓度IBA对何首乌扦插枝条成活率、成活枝条的新生根数、根长、新发茎长度和新生叶片数均有显著影响;以IBA质量浓度为100mg/L的生根率最高,达48.5%;成活枝条新生根数最多,为2.5条;平均根长最长,为5.95cm;新发茎平均长度最长,为12.90cm;平均新生叶片数最多,达6.15片。说明用IBA处理何首乌扦插的适合质量浓度是100mg/L。To explore the optimum concentration of IBA for Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. cutting, one-year-old branches were collected to be soaked in IBA solution, the effect of IBA of different concentrations of 25, 50, 75, 100 and 200 mg/L on cuttage rooting was studied. Results showed there was significant influence between IBA of diffetent concentrationos Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. cutting branches in the survival rate of branches, the rooting number of survived branches, average root length, the new shoot length and the new leaf number. The survival rate of P. multiflorurn in the treatment at 100 mg/L was the highest of 48.5%; the rooting number was the most of 2.5 strips; the root length was the longest of 5.95 em;the new shoot length was the longest of 12.9 cm; the new leaf number was the most of 6.15 sheet. Conclusion is, when the Polygonum multiflorum was made for cuttage, the optimum concentration of IBA was 100 mg/L.
