10种景天属植物的抗旱性评价

摘　　要：为了探究景天属植物的抗旱机理,选取10种景天属植物进行水分胁迫盆栽试验,对其叶片持水力、含水量、叶绿素含量、POD活性等生理生化指标进行了测定,旨在为今后城市园林绿化植物的选择与应用提供参考依据。结果表明,10种景天属植物的抗旱性依次为:玫红景天>八宝景天>三七景天>费菜>大叶景天>胭脂红>佛甲草>德国景天>勘察加>松塔。Sedum plants is one of the best landscaping and roof gardening material, with characters of high ornamentals, drought and infertile soil endurance. To explore the mechanism of drought resistance in Sedum plants, the physiological and biochemical indices, such as water retention capability, chlorophyll content, water content and POD activity etc., were determined in leaves of 10 drought resistant Sedum plants under water stress, and the effect of water stress was analyzed to provide theoretical basis for landscaping plant selection application in the future. The results showed that the order of drought resistance from strong to weak was Sedum spectabile Brilliant 〉 Sedum spectabile Borea 〉 Sedum spetabiles 〉 Sedum aizoon L. 〉 Sedum amplibractatum〉 Sedum spuriumcv ＇cocineum＇ 〉 Sedum lineare Thunb. 〉 Sedum hybridam 〉 Sedum kantshaticum 〉 Sedum nicaeense.
