摘　　要：信息缺失在应急决策过程中是客观存在的,本文构建了应急决策过程的信息流模型,首先对决策过程中的信息进行形式化表示,进而分析决策过程中信息缺失形成的机理;然后从决策空间和信息空间两个视角分析了信息缺失存在的6种类型;最后从主观和客观两个方面分析了信息缺失产生的原因以及信息缺失的影响和作用。Addressing the phenomenon of information missing in the emergency decision-making process, an information flow model is proposed. Firstly, the information in the decision-making process is formalized and the mechanism of information missing is discussed. Secondly, the types of information missing axe analyzed from two perspectives of decision-making space and information space. Finally, the reasons and influences of information missing ate discussed from the subjective and objective aspects.
