珠海优良灵芝品种的筛选研究

摘　　要：采用代料栽培方式,在珠海对26个灵芝品种进行筛选品比试验。结果表明,美国灵芝类C1和C8菌株的菌丝生长快,产量较其他品种高,菌盖和子实体等综合性状良好;另外,C8子实体的多糖、三萜和有机锗等药效成分含量比C1高。综合来看,美国灵芝C8菌株在生长特性、商品性状和药效成分含量等方面均优于其他灵芝品种,是适合珠海栽培种植的优良灵芝品种。The 26 Ganoderma lucidum varieties were cultivated by substitute cultivation material in different seasons for comparing their quality and quantity in Zhuhai. The results showed that C1 strain and C8 strain were better strains with faster mycelium growth, better fruitbody morphology characters, shorter primordium formation and pileus diferentiation period. And the content of polysaccharide, triterpenoids and germanium of C8 strain were slightly higher than that of C1 strain. So the C8 strain was the best Gonoderma lucidum varietv in the 26 strains, it was suitable for cultivation in Zhuhai.
