摘 要:采用完全随机试验研究了不同程度的淹水胁迫对杞柳生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,不同程度的淹水胁迫不仅能够使杞柳的形态发生改变,也能够使杞柳的各项生理指标发生应激性变化。具体表现为:随着淹水时间的延长,杞柳叶片的可溶性糖含量呈先上升后下降的趋势;叶绿素含量呈先下降后上升的趋势;丙二醛含量和电导率呈先上升后下降,但整体增长的趋势。研究表明,在适度的淹水条件下,杞柳可适应生长;而当水分过度饱和时,不利于杞柳的生长。杞柳可作为煤矿塌陷区湿地生态恢复的栽培树种。Effects of different waterlogging stress on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Salix integra were studied by using a random experimental design. The results showed that varying degrees of waterlogging stress could not only made the morphology of the S. integra changed, also could made the S. integra physiological parameters changed. It embodied in: With the extension of waterlogging time, the content of soluble sugar increased first, then descreased; the content of chlorophyll decreased first, then increased; the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) and relative electric conductivity decreased at first, then increased subsequently. The research showed that under the condition of moderate waterlogging stress, S. integra adapted to grow, and when the water under the condition of excessive waterlogging stress, it was not good for S. integra to adapt to grow.
