摘  要:采用氢化物发生原子荧光法对开阳县禾丰乡和冯三镇的土壤和农作物硒含量进行了测试,研究了作物硒含量与作物富集系数、土壤总硒含量、土壤水溶性硒含量及土壤pH值的关系,旨在为开阳地区富硒农作物科学种植及提高作物品质提供科学依据。结果表明:供试地区作物硒含量范围为0.007~0.71 mg/kg,均值为0.18 mg/kg,大部分达到足硒、富硒等级,有的甚至达到高硒等级,只有少数处于低硒水平;作物硒含量与土壤总硒含量、水溶性硒含量及土壤pH值呈明显的正相关,而与作物富集系数没有明显的关系。This paper analyzed the content of Se in soils and crops by AFS, and studied the relationship of crops Se contents and the enrichment ratio of crops, soils total Se contents, water-solubility of soils and soils pH in Hefeng Town and Fengsan Town in the region of Kaiyang County, with the purpose to provide scientific methods of scientific planting of Se-rich crops and enhance crops quality in Kaiyang. The results indicated that crop contents were within the range of 0.007~0.71 mg/kg, with an average of 0.18 mg/kg, most crops reached Se-enrichment or Se-high level, a small amount were in Se-lack level; there were obvious positive correlation between the crops Se contents and soils total Se contents, water-solubility of soils and soils pH, and no clear correlation in enrichment ratio of crops.
