摘  要:为了解我国大陆地区猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的分子演化特点,为PRRS防控提供参考,对GenBank中收录的60株PRRSV ORF5基因和NSP2基因进行序列分析。根据ORF5基因和NSP2基因构建的进化树分析表明,我国毒株主要分为4大亚群,其中亚群1为主要分支,以2006年分离的JXA1株为代表的HP-PRRSV毒株,我国HP-PRRSV可能起源于CH1-a和HB-1(sh)/2002株,其变异是逐渐演变的过程。目前我国流行的毒株中HP-PRRSV占绝对优势,且与高致病性疫苗株(JAX1和HUN4株等)同源性较高。In order to understand the characteristics of the molecular evolution of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) in China and provide a reference for PRRS prevention and control, this study analyzed the ORF5 gene and NSP2 gene sequence of 60 PRRSV strains from GenBank. The phylogenetie tree, based on the the ORF5 genes and NSP'2 gene, showed that: the PRRSV strains could be divided into four subgroups, subgroup 1 was a main branch, JXA1 strain isolated in 2006 was a representative strain of HP-PRRSV in the subgroup 1, HP-PRRSV might have originated in the CHI-a and HB-1 (sh)/2002 strain, which variation was gradually evolving process. HP-PRRSV was dominant in pandemic strains at present, and the high homology with the highly pathogenic vaccine strains (JAX1 and HUN4 of strains).
