岩滩水库不同类型水域氮、磷动态变化与浮游植物多样性分析

摘  要:定期定点采集水样,监测岩滩水库不同类型水域总磷、总氮及浮游生物的周年变化。通过对氮磷水平、浮游植物群落结构、优势种群及生物量等比较分析,评价不同水域的富营养化状况。研究共鉴定出浮游植物8门65属,其中绿藻门、硅藻门和蓝藻门种类在各类型水域中均占优势。养殖旺季岩滩水库养殖密集区总氮含量、浮游植物密度和生物量均高于非养殖区。综合营养状态指数评价表明,投饲网箱养殖活动增加了水体总氮含量,促进了浮游植物分裂增殖和种群生长,且不同程度地加重养殖水体的富营养化程度。By collecting the water samples in specified point on a regular basis, Yantan reservoir different types of waters annual variation of total phosphorus, total nitrogen and plankton were monitored. Comparative analysis of the level of nitrogen and phosphorus, phytoplankton community structure, dominant populations and biomass, different of waters eutrophication status were evaluated. 8 classes and 65 genera were identified, and Chlorophyta, Bacillariophyta and Cyanophyta species were dominant in all types of waters. In breeding season, farming intensive total nitrogen, phytoplankton density and biomass were higher than non-breeding areas. Trophic state index evaluation showed the feeding cage culture activities increased the total nitrogen content, promoted the proliferation and population growth of phytoplankton, and aggravated the breeding eutrophication.
