摘  要:该文开展了复合材料翼肋腹板稳健可靠性分析。首先,建立复合材料翼肋腹板的有限元分析模型,通过确定性分析发现翼肋腹板最危险部位。其次,以应力-强度干涉理论建立翼肋腹板强度失效的稳健可靠性模型,给出结构不确定性参数基于区间的描述形式,采用稳健可靠性指标来度量结构的安全程度,通过迭代二次响应面法获得结构的极限状态方程,并结合Monte Carlo法来求解稳健可靠性指标,分析结果对翼肋腹板的设计有指导意义。Robust reliability analysis for a composite wing rib web connector is carried out in this work.First, a finite element analysis model of composite wing rib web is established, and its dangerous part is identified by finite element analysis.After that, based on stress--strength interference theory, the robust reliability model is built to perform the robust reliability analysis for rib web strength problems with interval parameters.Finally, the robust reliability indicator is introduced to measure the safety degree of the structure. The limit state equation of the structure is approximated by an iterative quadratic response surface, and the robust reliability indicator is solved with the Monte Carlo method.The analysis results can provide guidance for rib web design.
