摘　　要：目录学、版本学是两门既有联系,又互相独立的古老学科。在我们的古籍研读中发挥了很大的作用,因此在治学中不可偏颇。本文通过对二者关系的解读,希望能引起人们的重视和正确的对待两者的关系。Bibliography, version are ancient disciplines,contacting and independing each other.playing an important role In our ancient books study.At the same time,they are both mutual complement and reference. So they cannot be biased in doing scholarly research. their relationship interpretated in this article.Hoping to cause the attention of them and to correctly treat their relationship.
