摘  要:板柱-剪力墙结构属抗震性能相对不利的结构体系,我国现行的抗震设计规范要求板柱-剪力墙结构周边应设置有梁框架。结合一栋5层带边框板柱-剪力墙结构的实际工程,采用抗震性能化设计方法,进行罕遇地震下的有限元非线性分析,讨论结构在多遇及罕遇地震作用下的响应,绘制结构层间位移的变化曲线,分析塑性铰的分布情况。结果表明,适当加强边框框架侧向刚度后可以有效地提高结构的抗震性能,有效降低抗震墙承担的地震水平作用,弹塑性位移角满足规范要求,出现的塑性铰都在可修复范围,结构安全可靠。Slab column-shear wall structures is a kind of structure with poor seismic performances. According to the Chinese Code for Seismic Design of Buildings, frames with boundary beams should be added around the slab column-shear wall structure. Nonlinear analyses under rare earthquakes was carried out for a slab column- shear wall structure w-ith boundary frames by using the method of performance-based seismic design. Seismic reaction analyses under frequently occurred earthquakes and rarely occurred earthquakes of the structure were conducted and variation of story displacements was plotted. Distribution and development of plastic hinges for this building under rarely occurred earthquakes were analyzed. The results show that the enhancement of boundary beams" horizontal stiffness increases the earthquake resistant behavior of this building. The seismic reaction of shear walls reduces obviously. The elasto-plastic displacement angle is reasonable and the structure is safe and reliable under rarely occurred earthquakes.
