摘 要:为探讨氟砷染毒对生殖功能和子代发育的影响 ,采用两代一窝繁殖实验的方法 ,观察 Wistar大鼠暴露于氟 (Na F)砷 (As2 O3)后其生殖功能和子代生长发育的变化 ,以及卵巢的病理改变。结果表明 ,随着染毒剂量的增加 ,受孕率、正常分娩率、出生存活率和哺育成活率随之降低 ,如高剂量组受孕率 F0 和 F1 代分别为73.0 8%和 6 1.5 4% ,而对照组为 92 .31%和 84.6 2 % ;而体氟和体砷显著增加 ;高剂量组子代体重明显低于对照组 ,如高剂量组 F2 代出生第 30天平均体重只有 38.45 g,而对照组为 6 0 .84g。经扫描电镜观察 ,各阶段卵母细胞均发生明显的病理变化。氟砷染毒对大鼠生殖系统有明显的损害作用 ,并对子代的生长发育有明显的抑制作用。To determine the effects of the fluoride arsenic exposure on the reproductive function and the development of offspring. Two generations one nest reproduction was studied in Wistar rats to assess the changes of reproductive function and structure of ovary and development of their offspring after rats were exposed to different doses of fluoride(NaF) arsenic(As 2O 3)orally. The rates of the pregnancy, normal parturition, survival and feeding survival in high dose group were lower than that in low dose groups and control. The rates of pregnancy were 73 08% and 61 54% in high dose groups, and 92 31% and 84 62% in the control. But the contents of fluoride and arsenic in rats' offspring were increased. The weights of rats' offspring in high dose group were lighter than that in control, The average weights were 38 45g in high dose group and 60 84g in control one month after birth. Pathological changes could be found in each stage of oocytes with transmission electron microscope(TEM). Conclusion\ Fluoride arsenic exposure has adverse effects on the reproductive system and the development of rats' offspring.
