摘　　要：报道狼毒大戟Euphorbia fischeriana Steud.根的生药性状、横切面组织构造和粉末特征、薄层色谱鉴别研究结果。文中附有生药组织构造图、粉末特征图及薄层色谱图。Morphological and histological characters of the roots of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud. , used as one of the origins of traditional Chinese medicine Langdu, were described and illustrated with line drawings. TLC analysis of the above drug was also undertaken. These studies provide referential informations for clinics, quality control, development and identification of this crude drug.
