摘  要:基于生态格局安全,城市在开发过程中必须保留一定量的生态绿地系统,以使释氧吸碳过程与碳排放取得平衡。长沙作为国家两型社会综合配套改革试验区主要城市,选取其作为研究对象,运用碳氧平衡方法研究城市绿地系统缺口指标,以指导城市生态规划,具有重要的实践意义。利用计算模型对长沙城市发展过程的碳排放进行定量处理,寻找长沙城区2000年以来的城市碳排放足迹,得出城市碳排放总量和碳吸收量,找出长沙城区目前碳平衡缺口情况。从控制碳排放、优化生态格局、保护生态资源、建立生态廊道、增强碳汇功能等五个方面提出城市绿地生态系统规划对策建议。Based on the ecological pattern of security, city must retain a certain amount of ecological green space system in the development process, in order fo make the release of oxygen absorbing carbon and carbon balance. Changsha as national two-type sociefy comprehensive supporting reform pilot area of the main city, chosen as the research object, using carbon oxygen balance method of city green space system gap index, to guide the city ecological planning, have important practice significance. The use of computational models of Changsha City development process of carbon emissions by the quantitative treatment of Changsha City, looking for the city since 2000, carbon footprint, city that carbon emissions and carbon uptake, find out the Changsha City is the carbon balance gap. From the control of carbon emissions, the optimization of the ecological pattern, protection of ecological resources, establishing ecological corridor, enhance carbon sequestration function five aspects of city green space system planning countermeasures.
