摘　　要：采用反相 HPLC法测定心力丸中脂蟾毒配基含量。色谱柱 Whatman partisil 5 ODS-3(200 × 4.6mm ID);流动相为甲醇-水(60:40);流速1 ml/min;检测波长为299 nm;柱温30℃。外标法定量,回收率为99.9％。本法简单、快速、准确。A method has been developed for the quantitative determination of Recibufogenin in Xinli pills by RP-HPLC.The stainless steel column(200×4.6 mm) was packed with ODS-3 (particle size 5 μm) .The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water (60:40) .The flow rate was 1 ml/min.The column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength was 299 nm.The retention time for recibufogenin was 5.6 min.The average recovery for recibufogenin was 99.9% .The linear calibration curve for recibufogenin was obtained in the range 53.0 - 159.0 μg with the correlation coefficient 0.9998.
