摘 要:为了探讨施肥量对根域限制葡萄新梢生长及树体内氮素化合物的影响,将2年生‘巨峰'葡萄种植于容积为15 L的盆中作为根域限制处理,设置低、中、高3个施肥量,每周分别施含氮20 mg/L的复合肥2、4、6次,并以种植于相同基质中根域无限制处理的树为对照。结果表明:根域限制抑制了新梢的生长;限制树的树液量显著少于对照;限制处理树叶的叶绿素含量均高于对照;相同施肥量下根域限制的树体内的氮化合物含量低于对照;提高限制处理树的施肥量可以增加根域限制树体内各部位的氮素水平,但谷酰胺、甘氨酸、精氨酸、脯氨酸等氨基酸含量仍然低于对照。In order to evaluate the effects of fertilizer rate on the shoot growth and nitrogen com pounds of grapevine under rootingzone restriction, 2yearold grapevines were planted in 15 L pots and irrigated with compound liquid fertilizer containing 20 mg/L nitrogen respectively for 2,4 and 6 times a week,and the vines planted in the same medium without rootingzone restriction and irrigated with the same fertilizer for 2 times a week were used as a control. The results showed that compared with the control, under the rootingzone restriction the shoot growth was inhibited, the sap amount was significantly less,and the vinesnitrogen compound content was lower at the same fertilizer rate, but the chlorophyll content was higher,and the vines nitrogen level could be improved by increasing fertilizer rate, however the contents of amino acids such as glutamine, glycin, arginine and proline were still lower than the control.
