摘  要:为了比较不同养殖模式下饲养生猪的效果,选择20-30kg的育肥猪40头,随机分成2组,在日粮配方相同的情况下,通过试验期为81d的对比饲养试验比较2组猪的生长性能。饲养结束后,每组随机抽取6头猪屠宰,进行肉品质量检测。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组猪平均日增重提高了17.93%,差异显著;料重比降低14.73%,差异不显著。在肉品质方面,试验组猪肉的肉色、失水率、滴水损失、肌内脂肪等肉品质指标均高于对照组,其中滴水损失与对照组差异极显著,肉色、失水率、肌内脂肪均差异不显著。相对于水泥地面养猪,发酵床养猪起到了提高猪的生长性能和猪肉品质的作用。In order to compare the effects of different raising modes on fattening pigs' production performance ,40 Landrace piglets weighing 20 - 30 kg were randomly divided into two groups and were raised with the same ration formulation respectively on a fermentation bed(experimental group)and a cement floor(control group). The 81-d comparative feeding experiment showed that the average daily weight gain in the experimental group was 17.93% higher than that in the control group, and the difference of both groups was significant;The ratio of feed to body weight in the experimental group decreased by 14.73% ,but the difference of both groups was not significant. In terms of meat quality, the meat color,water loss rate, drip loss and intramuscular fat in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference of both groups in drip loss was significant, while that in meat color, water loss rate and intramuscular fat was not significant. From the above results it was concluded that compared with raising pigs on a cement floor, raising pigs on a fermentation bed could improve fattening pigs production performance and meat quality.
