摘  要:对苦瓜种子采用裸仁、嗑籽、切皮处理后进行发芽试验,结果表明:裸仁、切皮处理显著提高了发芽率,种子活力、初次发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均极显著高于对照。考虑生产中的易操作性,以切皮处理最好。吸胀试验表明:苦瓜种子在30℃恒温条件,吸胀期需36 h,吸胀率为48.6%。种子以浸种初期吸水最快,随后吸水速度迅速降低。The germination tests of balsam pear were carried out with naked kernels, cracked seeds and cut seeds. The results showed that the seed treatments of making kernels naked and cutting seeds skin could improve the germination rate, and the treated seedsvigor,initial germination rate, germination index and vitality index were very significantly higher than those of the control seeds. Considering maneuverability in production the seed treatment of cutting seeds' skin was the best. The imbibition test of balsam pear seeds indicated that at the constant temperature of 30 ℃ the seeds' imbibition time needed 36 h,and the imbibition rate was 48.6%. The seeds imbibed water the fastest at initial soaking stage,and subsequently the waterabsorbing speed dropped quickly.
