低分子肝素对透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的影响

摘　　要：目的探究低分子肝素钙治疗维持性血液透析患者继发甲状旁腺功能亢进的效果。方法将102例维持性MHD患者采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组采用普通肝素钠给予治疗,实验组采用低分子肝素钙给予治疗,观察8个月后,两组患者iPTH、ALP、AGEs、AOPP的水平。结果组间比较iPTH、ALP、AGEs、AOPP的水平实验组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙对于维持性血液透析患者继发甲状旁腺功能亢进具有显著的疗效。Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment on hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism. Methods 102 cases of patients with maintenance MHD were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given normal sodium heparin treatment, the experimental group was given low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment, iPTH, ALP, AGEs, AOPP levels were observed and compared in both groups after 8 months＇ treatment. Results iPTH, ALP, AGEs, AOPP levels in experimental group were lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium has obvious therapeutic effect on maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.
