不育症精液解脲支原体感染146例观察

摘　　要：目的了解男性不孕症患者精液解脲支原体感染情况。方法男性不孕症患者精液解脲支原体培养阳性146例为观察组,正常生育者精液解脲支原体培养阴性166例为对照组,进行扫描电镜及免疫电镜检查,观察精子形态结构、平均曲线运动速度VCL、平均直线运动速度VSL、平均路径速度VAP、精子平均鞭打频率BCF、运动的前向性STR、运动的直线性LIN、运动的摆动性WOB等指标。结果对观察结果进行统计学分析,结果显示,观察组精子活率和运动能力均略低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明解脲支原体能够破坏精子形态。结论在男性不育患者中,解脲支原体对精子形态学的影响是精液质量下降的重要危险因素。Objective The understanding of male infertility semen ureaplasma urealyticum （UU） infection. Methods Semen infertility with ureaplasma urealyticum culture was positive in 146 cases of the observation group,The normal fertility of semen ureaplasma urealyticum negative in 166 case in the control group, scanning electyon microscopy ang immune electron microscopy,to observe the morphology of spermatozoa,mean curvilinear velocity VCL,the average linear velocity YSL,average path velocity YAP,the average frequency of sperm,BCF,straightness,ST R,linearity,LIN,wobble,WOB etc norm. Results Statistical analysis of results,the results show,the observation group sperm motility and ability were slightly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）,description of ureaplasma urealyticum can damage sperm morphology. Conclusion In male infertility patients,influence of ureaplasma urealyticum on speam morphology is an important risk factor in the decline in the decline in semen quality.
