摘　　要：目的:设计自动电话拨号器配合手机GPS定位获取药物依赖患者位置信息。当患者接近或进入系统标记的高危环境时自动地给予提醒和人工心理疏导,减轻医护人员的劳动强度、降低复吸率。方法:计算机采用VC编程访问Access数据库,自动循环提取药物依赖患者电话号码并通过串口发送给电话语音控制电路,后者实现自动拨号和提取语音信号并存储在计算机上。结果:测试结果表明:本设计能够实现大批量电话号码的管理和拨号,并且分别录音和存储语音信息。结论:该设备能够用于对药物依赖患者的行为干预和援助,能提高操作人员的工作效率。Objective： The automatic telephone dialer is developed for automatically give reminders and psychological counseling when drug-dependent patients take mobile phone with GPS positioning function approaching or entering the high-risk environment. The equipment can reduce the labor intensity of health care workers, and reduce the relapse rate of patients. Methods： Based on VC ＋ ＋ programming, computer automatically access to the Access database to get the telephone number of drug-dependent patients and sent the telephone number via the serial port to the telephony circuit which processes the voice signal when call is connected~ The voice sig- nal is stored on the computer. Results ： The test results show this system can manage large quantities of telephone numbers dial-up and storage the voice messages on the computer. Conclusion： The system can be used for drug-dependent patients in the behavioral inter- ventions and psychological counseling, which will improves the efficiency of the operating staff.
