摘 要:目的 观察红外线辐射对糖尿病兔高血糖症的影响 ,并探索其通过环核苷酸环化酶 (AC)、磷酸二酯酶 (PDE)、环磷酸腺苷 (cAMP)血糖的代谢调节机制。方法 四氧嘧啶法制备糖尿病兔模型 ,以“中亚圣灯”治疗器为红外辐射源 ,对模型兔作上腹部触肤辐照 (T)并设模型 (M )与胰岛素治疗 (I)为对照。空腹血糖 ,血清胰岛素、胰高血糖素 ,肝细胞AC、PDE、cAMP为指标。结果 血糖下降幅度M <T <I ,分别为10 .34、2 3 .84、30 .85 % ;T组两种激素含量与M组相当 ,I组胰岛素水平明显升高 ,胰高血糖素含量显著降低 ;T组AC活性降低而PDE活性增强 ,I组仅AC活性降低。cAMP水平为M >T >I。结论 红外辐射对糖尿病兔的高血糖症有明显的缓解作用。在本研究中其糖代谢调控表现为对AC活性抑制的同时激活PDE活性 ,使cAMP合成受阻而水解加速 ,cAMP水平下降的结果血糖随之降低。Objective To investigate the effects of infrared radiation on hyperglycemia in experimental diabetic rabbits and the regulating mechanism of metabolism of adenylate cyclase (AC) or phosphodiesterase (PDE)-3',5'-cyclic adenylic acid (cAMP)-glucose. Methods By injecting alloxan intravenously in rabbits, the experimental model of diabetes was established. Diabetic rabbits were randomized into non-treat group (model, M), insulin-treat group (I) and experimental group (T). The experimental group was treated with the “Chinese Magic Lamp” giving out infrared ray in which the upper abdomen of the rabbits was radiated. Serum glucose, serum insulin, plasma glucagon, and liver AC, PDE and cAMP were used as the parameters of therapeutical effects. Results The decreasing rate of serum glucose in M, T, I group was 10.34 %, 23.84 % and 30.85 % respectively. No remarkable changes of the level of serum insulin and plasma glucagon were found in T group, but the level of serum insulin was significantly increased and that of plasma glucagon was significantly decreased in I group as compared with M group. AC activity was significantly higher in T and I group while PDE activity was lower in T group than in M group. The content of cAMP was highest in M group and lowest in I group. Conclusion The hyperglycemia can be alleviated significantly by infrared radiation. Regulating mechanism of “Chinese Magic Lamp” on glucose metabolism is that the infrared radiation can suppress AC activity and activate PDE activity, which results in the decrease of synthesis and increase of hydrolysis of cAMP. As a result, the level of cAMP is decreased, which induces the decrease of serum glucose.
