33例酒精所致震颤谵妄的观察和护理

摘　　要：目的:观察酒精所致震颤谵妄的治疗护理措施及其效果。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的33例酒精所致震颤谵妄的发病诱因、临床症状、实验室及其他检查、治疗方法及护理措施。结果:所有患者均在2～13d症状明显改善。疗效痊愈26例,好转6例,因并发症而转院1例。结论:针对酒精所致震颤谵妄的临床表现采取恰当的护理措施可迅速缓解患者的症状,促进患者早日康复。Objective：To observe the treatment, nursing intervention and its effectiveness of delirium tremens caused by alcohol. Methods： A retrospective analysis of predisposing causes, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and other examinations , treatment and nursing interventions among 33 cases of delirium tremens caused by alcohol in our hospital. Results： All the patients were noticeably improved after a 2 to 13 days treatment. 26 of them were healed, 6 were improved. Conclusion： Evaluatie the clinical manifestations, then take proper nursing intervention, can relieve the abnormal symptoms and facilitate the early recovery of the patients.
