精神科门诊病人使用苯二氮类药物的情况

摘　　要：目的:了解我院门诊使用苯二氮类药物的情况。方法:将我院精神科门诊患者452人,按照年龄分组,分别统计所有苯二氮类药物剂量、药物名称、用法和时间。结果:使用苯二氮类药物者总计178人,占39.38%。女性患者使用率为44.50%,显著高于男性患者(χ2=4.264,P=0.039)。使用时间在1～2周以内的最多,占21.91%。随着年龄越大,使用时间越长。使用频率最高的依次为阿普唑仑(32.58%)、劳拉西泮(21.91%)、艾司唑仑(21.35%)和氯硝西泮(17.42%)。结论:我院门诊使用苯二氮类药物相对合理,但应避免不合理使用,特别是女性及老年患者。Objective：To understand the use of benzodiazepine drugs in psychiatric outpatients in our hospital. Methods： 452 psy- chiatric outpatients were observed, the drug dose, drug name, usage, and time of all benzodiazepine drugs were registered, according to age group respectively. Results： A total of 178 people used the benzodiazepine drugs, accounting for 39. 38%, female patients used more than male patients, 21.91% of the patients used the drugs in 1 -2 weeks, the utilization was rising according to age of the pa- tients, the most frequently used order was alprazolam （32. 58% ）, estazolam （21.91%）, lorazepam （21.35%） and clonazepam （ 17.42% ）. Conclusion： Our clinic using the benzodiazepine drugs is relatively reasonable, but we should avoid unreasonable use, especially in women and elderly patients.
