在体大鼠左心室内压测定方法的评价

摘　　要：对比观察了大鼠不开胸与开胸对心率、血压和左室内测定的影响以及经颈总动脉导管插入心室与经心尖穿刺法测定左室内压的差别。结果显示 :开胸时各项指标均较不开胸显著降低 ,尤以用针头自心尖穿刺测定的室内压降低更明显。认为自颈总动脉以导管插入左室所测得的数据较可靠 ,且简便易行。Experiments were performed on rats with anesthetized close-chest and open-chest to observe the effect of both on indices including heart rate(HR),aortic pressure(AP) and left ventricular pressure(LVP),and the difference of measurement of LVP by inserting a catheter from carotid artery into left ventricle and by puncturing the ventricle with a 4.5-gauge needle.The results showed that HR,AP and LVP were more significantly decreased in the open-chest than that in the close-chest.Specifically,it found that LVP was decreased most by puncturing the ventricle with a 4.5-gauge needle.This suggests that the indices of HR,AP,and LVP by inserting a catheter from carotid artery into left ventricle to measure LVP are reliable and the measure is easy.
