柴芍六君汤加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎50例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柴芍六君汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,两组均予甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊及复方益肝灵胶囊治疗,治疗组加用柴芍六君汤加减治疗。结果:对照组及治疗组临床症状改善、肝脏炎性活动减轻(P<0.05),但治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴芍六君汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎有显著疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical significance of chaishao liujun decoction treating chronic hepatitis B.Methods： 100 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomLy divided into the treatment group and control group, each group had 50 cases, the control group was given diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric capsules and compound Yiganling capsules to treat, the treatment group added Chaishao liujun decoction based on the treatment in the control group,observe the clinical curative effect of 2 sets.Results： After the treatment, the control group and the treatment group could improve patients clinical symptoms, reduce the liver inflammatory activity, treat chronic hepatitis B （p 〈 0.05 ） , treatment group is better than control group on improving the clinical symptoms, reducing the liver inflammatory activity and clinical effect （p 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion： Chaishao liujun Decoction in treatment of chronic hepatitis B with remarkable curative effect.
