摘 要:通过测定在免疫应答过程中脾细胞ACTH受体的变化 ,以探讨神经内分泌系统与免疫系统的相互关系。用HRBC免疫小鼠 ,采用放射配体法测定ACTH受体 ,用饱和曲线与Scatchard作图进行分析 ,结果显示小鼠脾细胞上存在ACTH受体 ,在免疫应答过程中第 7天达高峰 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并与血浆ACTH含量密切相关 (r =0 77)。To investigate the interrelationship between neuroendocrine system and immune system in the course of immune responses via the study of the dynamic changes in ACTH receptor on splenocytes of mice immunized with human red blood cells,the expression of ACTH receptor was determined with radioligand assay,and the sites of specific bindings were analysed by saturation curves and Scatchard plot The experimental results revealed that ATCH receptor existed on splenocytes of mice immunized,and the expression of this receptor reached its peak in 7th day after immunization in which it closely correlated with the content of plasma level of ACTH It suggests that peptide hormone ACTH might modulate the immune system via ACTH receptor on the immune cells
