摘 要:为了缓解我国铁矿石原料匮乏和进口铁矿石成本太高的压力,有必要开发利用我国现有的难选铁矿资源。对某地高磷鲕状赤铁矿采用添加脱磷剂煤基直接还原—细磨磁选工艺,在配加1号脱磷剂15%,磨矿细度小于0.047mm的比率占81.26%,磁场强度192kA/m的最佳实验条件下取得较好效果,所得产品金属铁的铁品位达到84.56%,铁回收率为87%,w(P)为0.056%,较好地达到了提铁降磷的目的。In order to alleviate the shortage of iron ore in China and the pressure of high import raw material cost, development and utilization of refractory iron ore resources in our country were necessary. The experiment of direct reduction-magnetic separation with adding dephosphorization agent coal base for oolitic hematite was done, and achieved good effects in the best experimental conditions of dephosphorization agent 1 ratio by 15 %, grinding size --0. 047 mm accounted for 81.26 %, magnetic field intensity 192 kA/m. In the product, w(Fe) was 84. 56 %, iron recovery was 87 % and w(P) was 0. 056 %. The purposes of iron increase and phosphorous reduction were achieved.
